Las Bacantes 2019
A wine from a single vineyard in La Sierra de Gredos, Madrid. It is clean and bright with a cherry red colour and a violet rim.
On the nose it is very mineral with ripe black fruit and touches of various aromatic herbs such as rosemary, thyme and lavender.
The notes are fresh and also very mineral with a slightly bitter finish that brings out even more freshness.
It is definitely a wine with a lot of personality.
