Fundamentalista is a wine with a traditional and representative character from Manchuela. A Bobal planted more than 80 years ago is used together with at least 4 other varieties, including 30% white grapes.

It’s a cherry-colored and medium layered wine with aromas of red fruits and notes of aromatic herbs.

Vegetable notes are accompanied by a good acidity that provides structure and gives it an earthy background together with vibrant tannins and a fresh and light finish.
