Salia 2022
Salia is a wine with an identity of vineyards that comes from the same municipality and where the assembly of the Syrah and Bobal varieties comes from old vineyards.
It’s purplish red in colour and has smoked and balsamic aromas with black fruit and black olives. On the palate it is powerful, with a strong fruity nuance, together with pleasant sweet toasts. Its fresh mid palate comes from a marked acidity with ripe and tasty tannins. Its finish is persistent.

About theProducer
Great reference of the D.O. Manchuela (Cuenca) where Javier Revert and Márcos Méndez have taken the reins of the winery, gradually renewing the image of a great house but without changing the identity of the project started in 1998 by the gastronomic journalist Víctor de la Serna and the winemaker Rafael Orozco.
